1. Hotel booking or Tour package bookings -

- When you book any tou package or hotel from our site, you will receive an email containing the details of tour packages or rooms details in the email. If for some reasons, you don't receive it (sometime mail server doesn't work, sometime, your mail server....), please contact us on info@mangalamtours.net and ask us to re-send the details to you.

- You are not authorized to make any necessary modifications to our tour packages or hotel rooms to fit at your purposes. You may not, however, change or remove the booking.

- You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our services, modified or unmodified. All services are property of our Team.


2. Refund Policy -

- There is no refund after the confirmation and payment made by customer.

- We usually provide support for customers in around 24 hours (It might take longer in the weekend because we don't work much at the weekend). If you don't receive our response around the time, please try to drop us one more email or better contact me via Skype, YM, MSN or Gtalk (I am always available on these chat clients from 10:30am until 06:30pm).

- Please note that we don't have responsibility to modify our hotel to meet your own need. When you need an extra feature which is not available in the hotel, you can post it on feature wishlist forum. If you need it right away, you can consider hiring us to ask the feature for you.
